Phase 1 focuses on awareness, reaching over 2,500 jobseekers with workshops and seminars about government job opportunities. Phase 2 provides coaching for 1,500+ aspirants, offering personalized guidance, daily job notifications, free PSC exam coaching, and resources through CDP centers across Kerala.
